The FSU Department of Art Education’s Visitor-Centered Exhibitions class invites you to attend the Uprooting & Rerouting: Origins, Journeys, Identity artist reception and workshop!
The artist reception will provide you an opportunity to meet the featured artist, Gina Phillips, observe her astonishing artwork, and enjoy great company in a art-enriched environment.
The event will take place on Friday, September 23, 2016, from 5 to 8pm, at the William Johnson Gallery. Admission is free and light refreshments will be served.
On Saturday, September 24, 2016, Gina Phillips will be leading a collaborative art-making workshop! It will take place at the William Johnson Building Room 3003 from 9am to 12pm.
