Dr. Pat Villeneuve Serves as Keynote Speaker at the 7th International Conference of Culture, Representation, Biography & Lifelong Learning

Published October 26, 2018

Last month Arts Administration and Museum Education and Visitor-Centered Exhibitions (MEX) professor Dr. Pat Villeneuve was the keynote speaker at the 7th International Conference of Culture, Representation, Biography & Lifelong Learning in Pusan, South Korea.  At the conference she joined the Association’s journal’s editorial board and conducted a graduate class at Pusan National University before traveling to Seoul.  In Seoul at Sookmyung Women’s University where she was a member of the summer school faculty in 2016, Dr. Villeneuve taught an introductory class  at the invitation of Professor Sae-Jun Kim— an FSU Ph.D arts administration alum.

In response to her trip Dr. Villeneuve added “This was my sixth trip to Korea, and it was wonderful to meet new colleagues and reconnect with so many FSU alums. It was very much like going home.”

The department commends Dr. Villeneuve for her work!  More information regarding the work of arts administration faculty, students, and FSU’s master’s and PhD level arts administration programs can be found by clicking here.
