College of Fine Arts Welcomes Two-Time FSU Alum as New Dean

Two-time Florida State University alumnus James Frazier has been appointed as the new dean of the College of Fine Arts, effective June 17, 2019. Frazier, who earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Florida State, has served on the faculty of the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Arts Department of Dance and Choreography since 2001.
