Since November 2015, Javins has worked as the Director of FestivALL in Charleston, West Virginia. FestivALL partners with over 60 arts and community organizations and hundreds of local, regional, national, and international artists to present performances and exhibitions from music, theatre, dance, visual art, and humanities.
